Kendra and Adam met at Lindenwood University where they cheered and were stunt partners for 4 years. While at Lindenwood they each worked as coaches where their love for coaching grew, allowing them to win multiple national championships and national titles. When given the opportunity to open up their own location Adam and Kendra, along with their long time friend and coach Kyle Gadke, opened up Platinum Athletics and were able to continue their success growing Platinum Athletics year after year! The one thing that Kendra and Adam stayed focused on was the “Family” atmosphere that they wanted to have at the gym. Each parent, athlete and coach is considered a part of their “Platinum Family” and that is something that can be felt as soon as you walk through the doors. Fast forward to 2013 when Kendra and Adam took over sole ownership of the gym and since starting their own company Kendra and Adam have had the most successful seasons in Platinum Athletics history! They have been able to set records and Platinum Athletics’ placements and accomplishments are second to none! They were the first gym in St. Louis to take multiple teams to the Cheerleading Worlds. They were the first gym to win full paid bids to the Cheerleading Worlds multiple years in a row. Platinum Athletics was also the first gym to take every eligible team to either the Summit or the Cheerleading Worlds which is something they have done multiple seasons. While Kendra and Adam have set multiple records and have built the most successful gym in the St. Louis area the thing that they feel the most sense of pride about is the family that they have at the gym. They believe it is their amazing staff and love for the sport that fuels their success and continues to drive them to provide the family environment that everyone loves.
